Rita Cook is a writer/editor who specializes in writing on a variety of subjects, primarily entertainment and travel, but also fashion and auto.  She has published 10 books, related to film a book titled “A Survival Guide for Independent Film Producers.”  With well over 1500 articles to her credit in the past 13 years, Ms. Cook is the Editor-in-Chief of “The Insider Mag” beginning her career in Chicago with both Insider Magazine and working at the Chicago Sun Times.  She writes or has written for the Dallas Morning News, Fort Worth Star Telegram Waxahachie Daily Light,  Four Seasons Magazine and Texas Living and many other publications in Los Angeles, Dallas and Chicago.  Ms. Cook is a member of the Texas Auto Writer’s Association, the MPAA and the North Texas Film Critics Association.  Her film reviews can most often be seen in not only “The Insider Mag,” but also weekly at Focus Daily News.
